What I've Been Doing 15 April 2013 [FB/IB/F/BT/GO]

If you’re thinking this movie looks to be overstuffed…it most definitely is. (Photo by Han Cinema) I actually had a really busy week considering how little media I consumed Mon-Wed. So much baseball too… Movies The Thieves - I enjoyed The Thieves, but it had a fundamental issue of elevating every single subplot to maximum import. It was just a little too overcrowded and it wanted to have its cake and eat it too. Still a pretty fun movie. I’m also a big fan of how Korean movies just blend in multiple languages seamlessly. [caption id="" align=“aligncenter” width=“333” caption=“Blast from the past week. (Photo courtesy robotspacer)”] [/caption] Movies Scott Pilgrim vs. The World - I didn’t technically watch Scott Pilgrim because I was listening to the director commentary with Bryan Lee O’Malley. Very informative to learn about how autobiographical the story is and about how integrated Edgar Wright’s movie was with the book. TV The Walking Dead - Not killing off Shane was the smartest thing this show did. He’s ice cold and his decision last week was awesome. ...
